We had the pleasure of having kandace as our front desk lady! She was amazing and really sweet. She didn’t hesitate to give us more pillows for our room. She also gave me some formula as she saw I had a baby. She is very attentive. We will be staying there again all because of her!
I am very pleasantly surprised at how much my family liked this hotel. The reviews seem to be either biased or old. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and at a great location. Honestly, the mattresses could be better but that's definitely not a deal breaker for a nice, small, fairly cheap night's sleep. Also, right next door to Golden Corral is a plus in my book. The pool was clean and had some toys and towels available. We'll probably be back.
I always see horror stories about motels. Most of the time you can look and tell before you pull in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great prices is what I always look for. Growing up with my family elders always said about prices. If you are looking for room you going to spend your time in. Then why you go on vacation in the first place. Your only using it to shower and sleep in. Your here to see the sites. With all that said next time back in Pigeon Forge the wife and myself will stay there again. There was 6 of us and we had rooms 105 and 106 no problems with either room. Plus a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Golden Coral on one side and Ihop on the other.
The room was smaller then expected but it was clean and well maintained. The beds comfortable, the water hot and plentiful, the water pressure was good. For an inexpensive place to stay this is a great choice.
This hotel is a budget hotel. If you're on a tight budget this hotel is for you! We found the Staff and Housekeepers to be friendly and helpful during our stay. This location is very convenient to local eateries and attractions. Some within walking distance. Minutes from Dollywood. We stayed on the third floor and the view was nice. Our room was satisfactory to stay in. Just minor issues that I expect from this location being updated. The size of the room was perfect for the 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 younger child. The beds are decent for comfort. There was dust all over the bathroom and in the main room from where they had drilled into the wall. There was soap, shampoo, and conditioner offered as well as an ice bucket and cups. They had a working TV that had a good selection of channels. The nightstand was convenient for charging our phones. The area is generally busy with people coming and going. Golden Corral is right next to the hotel. There are a few rooms that are occupied by longer term tenants. The stairwell at the end of the hotel was extremely hard to navigate due to metal signage(?) blocking a good portion of it. They have a ramp also leading to the upper floor which is easier to navigate. I suggest locking your vehicle at anytime you're out of sight of it. Overall happy with our stay and would stay here again.
I was a bit cautious after seeing the other reviews but I had already booked and it was just for one night. When I got there the front desk lady was friendly and helpful. We got to our room and it had a slight smell to the room but nothing we couldn’t handle. The room was nice, AC was blowing cold, shower had wonderful water pressure, TV was a smart tv with lots to watch, location was perfect and everything was bug free and very clean. The bed was super comfy and we slept no issues. I am glad we took a chance and stayed at Briarstone. The cost was affordable and the room and service was great as well. We will be back! Thank you Briarstone for a wonderful visit.
Everyone was so nice, and great price and the rooms were very clean and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toilet paper and all appliances worked great. Quiet place, nobody bothered nobody. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, and stores. We will be staying again here next time we come back.
First time staying here and over all was a nice place to stay. The room was kinda small with all the store age space and they could use an upgrade on their sheets and comforters but other than that over all a decent place to stay for the price.
